Prior to founding Kingdom Consulting Group, Lisa F. Williams spent more than a decade working with local churches and entrepreneurs creating unique events and helping them to exceed their expectations.
Lisa is a Senior Manager for Virginia Eye Institute. Where she has led customer service, building projects and implemented new software and technology.
When Lisa is not running projects, she is passionate about grooming the next level leader; whether it’s by mentoring her staff, new entrepreneurs, ministry leaders or preparing young ladies for leadership roles in the community.
Lisa holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
Do you believe that leaders are born or made?
The Great Debate – I believe leaders are born; we have been created in the image and likeness of Christ, with Him being the greatest leader of them all. I believe that every person is born with the ability to make a positive impact on society and there is always opportunity for anyone to sharpen their skills (that’s were KCG comes into play).
